GARDEN WEDDINGS

Our gazebo, which is set in hectares of trees and gardens or our large balcony
overlooking the picturesque O'Hara's Creek bushland are ideal for garden wedding ceremonies. There is a charge of $350 for these facilities.

 


MARRIAGE CELEBRANTS

We are able to recommend a number of marriage celebrants or Uniting Church ministers that have performed ceremonies at Allegro.
They can help you organise your wedding service.

 


MASTER of CEREMONIES

Our master of ceremonies will co-ordinate the smooth running and timing of your reception.
Making sure there’s enough time for photographs in particular, serving your meals, speeches, dancing
and finally for you to thank and say farewell to your family and friends.
There is no charge for this service but minimum numbers apply.

 


MUSIC

Allegro disco is available with a wide selection of music at no cost to you, minimum numbers apply.
The DJ is available from the bridal waltz till end. You may also wish to bring your own selection of special CD's for the occasion.

 


LIVE MUSIC

If you require live entertainment we have a magnificent grand piano and can arrange a pianist from $250.
Bands or string ensembles, etc...from $500 depending how long you wish them to play. Whatever you require can be arranged.
If you are being married in the gazebo you should consider perhaps suitable live music for the ceremony.
We can assist you on this matter.

 


TABLE DECORATIONS

Fresh flowers in stunning arrangements decorate the dining room and foyer.
All tables are decorated with individual floral arrangements at no charge to you. Allegro now has elegant table candelabras available for hire.

 


LINEN

A large selection of linen napkins are available in a range of colours to compliment your bridal party.
Please bring a colour sample of your attendants outfits when you make your selection prior to your reception.


         

 

WEDDING CAKES

We can recommend highly cakes from the multi-prize winning cake maker and decorator Thea Cubis on 9899 4845.

 


ACCOMMODATION

Accommodation in the local area ranges from  B & B’s like the incredibleViews at Kenthurst
and Dural Gardens to self contained cabin units at Dural Village Caravan Park.

 


PHOTOGRAPHERS

Choosing the right photographer is a very subjective decision.
We have a selection of photographers that have worked at Allegro and are familiar with the surroundings.
There are no surcharges for your own photographers to use our facilities.

 


ELEGANT TABLE CANDELABRAS

We now have available for hire, tastefully handcrafted candelabras which can feature our floral table arrangements.
$22 per table.

 


FUNCTION TIME

Our functions range from 4 1/2 hours to 6 hours. Extensions of these times are charged at $5 per person for each half hour.
This covers staff overtime and liquor service. Lunch time functions must be finished by 4.30pm.
Dinner functions on Saturdays start at 6.00pm and 5.30pm on Sunday functions.

 


SECURING YOUR DATE

Deposit $1500.
Payment can be made by cash, bank or personal cheques and direct funds transfers.
Please note; Credit card payments incur a credit charge of 4%.
In the event of a cancellation these deposits are refundable only when the date is re-booked, less a $200 handling fee.
Deposits are transferable when the booked date is re-let.


FINAL PAYMENTS

Final number of guests 14 days before your reception date after which, numbers can increase but not decrease
Final payment 10 days before your reception date. Cheques and cash and direct funds transfers.
Please note; Credit card payments incur a credit charge of 4%.
